A-One Group is happy to introduce itself as a Facility Management Company (FMC). The company was founded by Mr. D. D. Tripathi in 1998 as a proprietorship firm. Later, in 2005, the company was registered as a Private Limited Company under the Indian Companies Act, 1956, i.e., A-One Caretaker Pvt. Ltd. Over the years, the organization has steadily grown and expanded into multiple business entities under the brand name 'A-One Group'. Today, we proudly deliver professional, efficient, and reliable services PAN India.
Pursuant to the revised Maharashtra Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Rules, 2022, which came into force in the year 2022, it was mandated that any company applying for or holding a PSARA licence in the State of Maharashtra must include the word "Security" in its registered name. In compliance with the said statutory requirement, the Licensing Authority directed the submission of a duly executed affidavit for continuation of the PSARA licence under a compliant name. Accordingly, our security services division was restructured and registered under the name "A-One Security Force." The new PSARA licence was issued with continuity of the existing credentials, and the previous licence serial number has been duly referenced on the newly issued PSARA certificate to maintain statutory and operational continuity.
In the year 2026, the name of the company was changed from A-One Caretaker Pvt. Ltd. to A-One Security & Facility Care Pvt. Ltd. in order to comply with the regulatory requirements applicable to obtaining and maintaining a licence under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005 (PSARA). This change of name is purely regulatory and compliance-driven in nature and does not affect the company's ownership, management structure, operational control, experience, licences, client relationships or service capabilities. All past experience, statutory approvals and operational credentials remain valid, continuous and legally unaffected.
